ナナアクヤの６冊目のプラバン本が出ました

いよいよ本日6/17、ナナアクヤの６冊目の著書
「ナナアクヤの魅惑のプラバンアクセサリー」の発売となりました。
My 6th “Shrink Plastic Accessories” book is released today.

「本」になるまでの膨大な作業の過程でお世話になった皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。

ナナアクヤのプラバン本だけでも６冊、ということを見るだけでもプラバンブームというものが確実に来ているのだなぁと思っております。
I think that making Shrink plastic Accessory is a fad in Japan for sure.

プラバンでつくる立体的に重なった花、アルコールでマッキーをぼかしての表現、マッキーを素早くこすって濃い混色をつくる、マスキングテープでやすりがけする部分としない部分をつくる、目打ち等で筋を付けて色を入れる、それらの技法は私の１冊目の本を出す前には見かけたことはありませんでした。
（もし私が知らないだけで、どなたかがずいぶん昔からやっていたらすみません）

I had never seen the techniques which like making shrink plastic three-dimensional double-petaled flowers, using the oily marker (Mackee/Zebra) ink with ethanol, mix the colors of oily marker ink quickly, using masking tape to mask on shrink sheet when you rub with sandpaper,  using a prick punch to scratch on shrink sheet before my first book.
( I am sorry if there was somebody who did them before me. )

私自身は、プラバンの本という参考書が無い状態（私の本の前にはzuccoさんと福家聡子さんの本が出版されてましたが、立体プラバンの本ではなかった）でプラバンをたまたま大人になって再度作り始めたため「こうしなければならない」という考えが全くなく、プラバンの可能性を追求して試行錯誤いろいろな技法を試していたら、いつの間にか今の場所にいました。

I did not have any reference books to make shrink plastic accessories with using such techniques.
So I was feeling free to do anything with shrink plastic sheet.
I could try whatever I like.
And then I am here now.

今は本当にたくさんの立体プラバンの本が、いろいろな作家の方たちより出版されています。
Now, there are a lot of books of three-dimensional double-petaled flowers from many authors.

ブームというものは多くの人が作っていかないことには生まれませんから、書店の本棚の分類に「プラバン」というコーナーが今はあるということがとても感慨深いです。
Nobody can make the boom alone, it has to be many people to make it.
I am deeply impressed to see that the new category such as “Shrink Plastic Craft” in book store.

しかし、ナナアクヤはプラバン作家では無いので
これからも、もっと楽しい何かを作りつづけていきたいです。
However,  I am not only making shrink plastic craft but also making something FUN!
I would love to make more FUN things!
